The Koishikawa Arsenal Type 46/66 is a Mauser-style rifle manufactured by the Koishikawa Arsenal in Japan, specifically designed for the Siamese (now Thai) military, and designated as the “Type 46” model which was later rechambered to use the “Type 66” cartridge, hence the “46/66” designation; essentially, it’s a Siamese Mauser that was produced by the Koishikawa Arsenal and later upgraded with a new ammunition type.
